隐私选择与数据删除
- 更正档案与记录：在设置和记录馆中编辑对应内容。
- 关闭远程推送：设置 → 推送设置，可分别关闭日常问候和重要健康提醒；也可在 iOS 设置中撤回通知权限。
- 停止新的 AI 处理：不再使用 Tamo 对话或 AI 生成入口。已有请求的处理和保留受服务商政策约束。
- 删除账号：设置 → 删除账号 → 输入确认文字。此操作会永久删除 Supabase 活跃数据库和私有存储中的账号关联数据，无法恢复。
如需访问、导出、更正或删除数据，请从注册邮箱发送邮件至 tamo_amorce@protonmail.com。为保护账号，我们可能要求验证身份。我们会按适用法律在合理期限内回复。

Privacy choices and data deletion
- Correct records: edit the relevant profile or record in Settings or the Record Hall.
- Disable remote push: under Settings → Push notifications, separately disable routine greetings or important health reminders; you can also revoke permission in iOS Settings.
- Stop new AI processing: stop using Tamo chat and AI-generation features. Provider policies govern requests already processed.
- Delete the account: Settings → Delete account → enter the confirmation text. This permanently removes account-linked data from Supabase’s active database and private storage and cannot be undone.
To request access, export, correction, or deletion, email tamo_amorce@protonmail.com from your registered address. We may verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.
